In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, Andhra Cements has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 14th August, 2021 to consider and take on record the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2021. It also informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the ‘Trading Window’ for dealing in securities of the Company as per the intimation dated 6th Aug, 2021, shall remain closed from 7th Aug, 2021 till 16th Aug, 2021 and shall open on 17th Aug, 2021 as informed earlier.
