With reference to its communication dated 27 July 2021 and in light of the relaxations offered by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities & Exchange Board of India, Elantas Beck India has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to seek Members’ approval by way of Special Resolution for appointment of Nandkumar Dhekne (DIN: 02189370) as Director in the capacity of Independent Director by way of Ballot through electronic voting. As per the said relaxations, the Company needs to send the notice under Section 110 of the Companies Act 2013 for ‘Ballot through electronic voting’ by email to all its Members who have registered their email addresses with the Company or Depository Participant/Depository. The communication of the assent or dissent of the Members would only take place through the remote e-voting system provided by the Company.
