Rexnord Electronics and Controls has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Friday, August 13, 2021, considered and approved the Un-audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter ended June 30, 2021 duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee along with the Limited Review Report received from the Statutory Auditors, pursuant to regulation 30 & Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015. A copy of the said Results together with the Limited Review Report is enclosed herewith. The Meeting of the Board commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 11.30 am. The results will be published in the newspaper pursuant to Regulation 47(1)(b) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 in due course.
