Pursuant to SEBI LODR Reg 2015 (Listing Regulations), Jaykay Enterprises has informed that in its Meeting today Board has decided to permanently close its RTA activities subject to completion of the necessary formalities in accordance with the SEBI (Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993 and decided that Alankit Assignments will be appointed as the Registrars & Share Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company subject to completion of necessary formalities in this regard. Presently the Share Transfer facility is being managed by the Company in house and now the Board has decided to outsource the same.
