Arbutus Consultancy (Arbutus) has acquired a total of 7,50,000 equity shares of the RattanIndia Enterprises, from the market, taking its individual holding from 38,33,62,902 equity shares to 38,41,12,902 equity shares. The said acquisition leads to an increase in the aggregate Promoter holding in the Company from 103,32,36,772 equity shares constituting 74.749% of the total paid up equity capital of the Company, to 103,39,86,772 equity shares constituting 74.803% of the total paid up equity capital of the Company.
RattanIndia Enterprises is engaged in the business of Power generation, transmission and distribution of power and power advisory.
