FIIs stood as net seller in equities as per August 17 data: NSDL

17 Aug 2021 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net seller in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 12300.62 crore against gross selling of Rs 12414.57 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 113.95 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 221.84 crore against gross selling of Rs 376.38 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 154.54 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.12 crore against gross selling of Rs 16.57 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 11.45 crore in hybrid segment.
