Star Cement has informed that the Company has issued a Public Announcement for the Buy-Back of its fully paid-up Equity Shares through tender offer route using Stock Exchange Mechanism. The Public Announcement has been released on 17th August, 2021 in the following newspapers: Financial Express (English) (All India Editions); Jansatta (Hindi) (All India Editions); Meghalaya Times (English) (Shillong edition); U Nongsain Hima (Khasi) (Shillong edition). In this regard, the Company enclosed a copy of the Public Announcement which has been published in the aforesaid newspapers on 17th August, 2021.
