Post the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Corporation is Rs 361,25,61,160 consisting of 180,62,80,580 equity shares of Rs 2 each. The Meeting of the Allotment Committee commenced at 2.30 pm and concluded at 2.45 pm.
