HCL Technologies has signed a five-year, end-to-end IT transformation services deal with Wacker Chemie AG, a German multinational chemical company, to establish a modernized digital workplace and improve its quality-of-service delivery. Spanning the globe with four business divisions, Wacker currently operates 26 production sites. Wacker’s engagement with HCL will lead to significant cost efficiencies through modernization, standardization and automation. HCL will be using AI-enabled virtual assistants to drive efficiencies for Wacker.

SBI Cards and Payment Services has raised Rs 500 crore by issuing bonds on a private placement basis. The stakeholders' relationship and customer experience committee of the company has approved the allotment of 5,000 fixed rate, redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 500 crore on private placement basis.

Hindustan Aeronautics has placed an order of Rs 5,375 crore for 99 F404-GE-IN20 engines and support services with GE Aviation, USA to power the Tejas Light Combat Aircraft. The Company is working closely with GE for its support to pursue the export potential of LCA and also to supply spares to the global supply chain of GE 404 engines.

Om Infra’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Om Metals Consortium has been granted one year extension upto May 17, 2022 for its Residential Group Housing project ‘Pallacia’ having RERA Registration, Jaipur for occupancy completion by Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Jaipur (RERA) in continuation of structure completion approved by JDA.

Godawari Power & Ispat has received approval from Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board for ‘Consent to Operate’ for expanded Iron Ore Mine of capacity of 2.35 Million Tonnes Per Year along with other associated activities under section 25/26 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and under section 21 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 within the existing mining lease area of 138.96 Ha at VillageKachche, Tehsil Bhanupratappur, District Uttar Bastar (Kanker), Chhattisgarh.

Caplin Point Laboratories’ subsidiary -- Caplin Steriles has received approval from Brazil’s National Health Surveillance Agency ANVISA (Agencia Nacional de Vigilancia Sanitaria) for its sterile injectable manufacturing site near Chennai, Tamilnadu. The approval grants access to the company to register and market its products in Brazil, the largest Pharmaceutical market in Latin America.

Swastika Investmart together with Medcords Healthcare Solutions has launched a finance scheme for 'Sehat Sathi App' registered medical stores. With this alliance with Swastika Investmart's NBFC arm, Sehat Sathi platform aims at providing financial assistance to its retail pharmacies for their growth.
