Zee Entertainment Enterprises has completed the process for selling the entire stake in Fly-By-Wire International (FBW), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company to Mantena on August 18,2021. Post this completion of sale, FBW ceases to be a subsidiary of the company with effect from August 18, 2021.
