Pursuant to Regulation 30(6) read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, NACL Industries has informed that K.Dorairaj (DIN: 00902788), through a letter dated 18th August, 2021, has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 09th September, 2021 due to advanced age, pre-occupation and other personal reasons. K.Dorairaj has also confirmed that there are no material reasons for his resignation other than that specified herein above. The resignation letter as received from K.Dorairaj by the Company is annexed. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015, are given in ‘Annexure A’ attached to this letter.
