3i Infotech has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated August 10, 2021 ('Postal Ballot Notice') which is being sent to the Members of the Company. The Postal Ballot Notice, along with other relevant documents, are being sent to all the shareholders whose names appear in the register of members/ beneficial owners received from National Securities Depository Limited ('NSDL') as on Friday, August 13, 2021 ('Cut- off date'), seeking their approval as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice. The Company has engaged the services of NSDL for the purpose of providing e-voting facility to all its Members. The voting through postal ballot and through e-voting will commence from Saturday, August 21, 2021, (9:00 AM IST) and shall end on Sunday, September 19, 2021 (5:00 PM. IST). The results of the postal ballot will be announced on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at 5:00 pm.
