Aurobindo Pharma has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2012.
The company has reported a net profit of Rs 238.01 crore for the quarter as compared to net loss of Rs 41.88 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 45.59% at Rs 1397.49 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 959.88 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
On consolidated basis, the company has reported a net profit after taxes and Minority Interest of Rs 222.35 crore for the quarter as compared to a net loss of Rs 80.16 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company has increased by 39.34% at Rs 1507.03 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 1081.56 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2011.
