Radico Khaitan has received approval from board of directors to acquire 100% stake in Radico Spiritzs India with immediate effect, thereby making Radico Spiritzs a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The objective of acquisition is to provide ancillary services and assist Radico Khaitan in furtherance of its business operations.

Radico Khaitan is engaged in the manufacturing and trading of alcoholic products such as Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL), Alcohol, Country Liquor etc. The company has its presence in India as well as various other global markets.
