Millennium Online Solutions (India) has informed that, the Company is in receipt of requests under Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations from the promoter of the Company named Neeraj Gupta for reclassification of their respective shareholding in the Company from the ‘Promoter and Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category. Copy of the said request letter is enclosed. The aforesaid requests for reclassification will be placed before the Board in its forthcoming meeting and the approval of the Board for the aforesaid reclassification shall be subject to approval of the members of the Company and the Stock Exchanges in terms of Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
