FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per August 23 data: NSDL

23 Aug 2021 Evaluate

The FIIs as per Monday’s data were net buyer in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.

In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11894.12 crore against gross selling of Rs 11376.90 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 517.22 crore in equities.

In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 654.88 crore with gross sales of Rs 571.32 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 83.56 crore in debt.

In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 263.81 crore against gross selling of Rs 143.38 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 120.43 crore in hybrid segment.
