Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 4534429.63 crore on August 23 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 52864614.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 28,963.32 crore, Stock Futures Rs 1,39,335.39 crore and Index Options Rs 4006210.57 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 3,59,920.35 crore.
