Chemplast Sanmar has debuted at Rs 525.00 on the BSE, down by 16 points or 2.96% from its issue price of Rs 541.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs 535.15, down by 5.85 points or 1.08% from its issue price. It has touched a high and low of Rs 550.00 and Rs 510.30 respectively. So far 3.94 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription between August 10, 2021 and August 12, 2021, was subscribed 2.17 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 541 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 530-541 apiece.
Chemplast Sanmar (CSL) is a specialty chemicals manufacturer in India with focus on specialty paste PVC resin and custom manufacturing of starting materials and intermediates for pharmaceutical, agro-chemical and fine chemicals sectors.
