Cipla has entered into a joint venture agreement with Kemwell Biopharma on August 25, 2021 for incorporation of a joint venture company for undertaking the business of developing, applying for and obtaining licenses for and manufacturing, commercialising, importing and exporting biologic products and licensing or outsourcing of any or all such activities. The JV Company is being incorporated with an objective to enter the respiratory biosimilars space.

Apollo Tyres and global video game publisher KONAMI, in association with Manchester United, have launched ‘Apollo Tyres United League’, an ambitious eSports Tournament played on eFootball PES 2021 for mobile. The mobile-based eSports Tournament will be held across multiple regions -- India, Australia, South Africa, Middle East, South East Asia, Sri Lanka and Nepal -- and will be first-of-its-kind both in terms of the format of the tournament and the overall partnership.

Infosys will establish a new digital development centre at its largest Canadian office in Mississauga. This is aimed at creating 500 high quality jobs in the Toronto Region over the next three years. Spanning nearly 50,000 square feet and bringing significant investment from Infosys to the country, this digital development centre will train, upskill, and reskill employees in the technologies needed to help Canadian businesses accelerate their digital transformation.

Pricol has entered into a strategic partnership with Candera, a leading Human-Machine Interface (HMI) tool provider and development partner for worldwide automotive and industrial customers. This strategic technology partnership with Candera will enable Pricol to get access to global HMI solutions for their range of Next Generation Connected Driver Information System (DIS) products serving across all vehicle segments.

Control Print has entered into an agreement dated August 25, 2021 with Innovative Codes (I) (ICPL) and their shareholders in relation to acquisition of majority stake (80%) in the capital of said ICPL i.e. making Investment in the form of Purchase / Subscription of 16,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each (which consist of 80% of the Paid up share capital) of said ICPL and thereby the said Company attaining status of 'Subsidiary of the Control Print.

Max Healthcare Institute’s board has approved an additional investment for an amount upto Rs 50 crore by way of subscription towards Rights Issue of equity shares of Alps Hospitals (Alps).
