Procter & Gamble Health has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, have appointed Elizabeth Desmond as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director of the Company with effect from allotment of Director Identification Number by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Elizabeth Desmond will hold office as Additional Director up to the ensuing 54th Annual General Meeting. She does not hold any shares in the Company and is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
