Pursuant to the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Grasim Industries has informed that the Members of the Company at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on Friday, 27th August 2021, approved the re-appointment of B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants as one of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company, for a second term of five consecutive years to hold office from the conclusion of this AGM until the conclusion of the 79th AGM of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015 are given in Annexure A.
