With reference to BSE's Letter No- L/SURV/ONL/PV/PD/ 2021-2022/631 dated August 30, 2021, regarding clarification on price movement, Hind Rectifiers has informed that it submitted that the company has always disclosed, to the stock exchange, all the material information, which has a bearing on the operations/performance of the company including all necessary disclosures in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations within the stipulated time. The Company further submitted that it is not aware of the reason for the significant movement in the price of its shares in the recent past. The management of the company is in no way connected with the movement in the price of the shares. It reiterated that the Company has always and will continue to adhere to the compliances required under the SEBI Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.
