Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (Listing Regulations), Dynamic Archistructures has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 25th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 in view of the Twenty Fifth Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 30, 2021 at 3 pm. The Annual General Meeting shall be held by means of Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means on account of outbreak of Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic and in accordance with the relevant Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
