Further, pursuant to the section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and such other provisions as may be applicable, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, September 20, 2021 to Monday, September 27, 2021 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting for determining the Members who shall be entitled to vote through remote e-voting or voting at the AGM.
