IndoStar Capital Finance has informed that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company vide circular resolution dated 27 August 2021, has allotted 10,000 equity shares of the Company of face value of INR 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016-II. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from INR 123,79,47,290 to INR 123,80,47,290.
