NMDC is reportedly planning to provide technical and financial assistance to Neelachal Ispat Nigam (NINL) to resume mining operations in Odisha. The company signed a MoU to extend assistance to NINL.
NMDC is a state-controlled mineral producer of the Government of India. It is fully owned by the Government of India and is under administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.
