Futures & Options (F&O) total turnover stood at Rs 5563110.62 crore on August 31 and the total number of contracts traded on the day were 62955645.

Of the total turnover, Index Futures contributed Rs 28,542.81 crore, Stock Futures Rs 73,693.59 crore and Index Options Rs 5225493.09 crore, while the contribution of the Stock Options was of Rs 2,35,381.13 crore.
