Pennar Industries has entered into share purchase agreement for disposing its 100% shareholding in Oneworks BIM Technologies, Subsidiary of the Company on August 31, 2021. The expected date of completion of sale/ disposition before October 10, 2021. Consideration receivable from such sale/ disposition is Rs 62 lakh.
