In continuation to communication dated 17 September 2020, Elantas Beck India has informed that the Company has decided to terminate the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which was entered with Talegaon Industrial Parks (TIPPL) for acquisition of land situated at Navlakhumbre, Tal. Maval, Pune, as the Company believes that there appears to be a reasonable difficulty in fulfillment of certain conditions of said MOU within the defined timelines. As per the terms & conditions of said MOU, the Company has informed TIPPL to refund the amount which the Company had advanced at the time of signing of the MOU.
