With reference to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated 26th November 2018 read with BSE Circular reference No. LIST/COMP/05/2019-20 dated April 11, 2019 and relevant NSE Circular with respect to Fund Raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities (‘SEBI Circular’), MT Educare has informed that the Company does not fulfil the criteria specified in Para 2.2 of the above mentioned SEBI Circular, hence the Company is not identified as Large Corporate as on March 31, 2021 and the disclosure requirement under para 4 is not applicable to the company.
