Beryl Drugs has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 3rd September, 2021 have decided the annual book closure from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of 28th AGM that shall be held on Thursday, 30th September, 2021at 10:00 am. For the aforesaid purpose, the Company has fixed Thursday, 23rd September, 2021- as the cut-off date to determine the entitlement of voting rights of members for remote e- voting.
