Advance Petrochemicals has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Friday, 24th September, 2021 to Thursday, 30th September, 2021 for the purpose of Annual general Meeting of the Company to be held on Thursday 30th September, 2021 for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2021. In continuation of same, 23rd September, 2021 will be the cut-off date for the purpose of offering e-voting facility to the members in respect of business to be transacted at the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Thursday 30th September, 2021. The Cut-off date for dispatch of Annual Report of 36th Annual General Meeting will be 27th August, 2021.
