Vodafone Idea has informed that 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Vodafone Idea will be held on Wednesday, 29th September 2021 At 3:00 PM through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India. In terms of Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Members of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 22nd September 2021 to Wednesday, 29th September 2021 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on Wednesday, 29th September 2021.
