The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 18 September, 2021 to Wednesday, 29 September, 2021 for purpose of computing the list of Members who are eligible to receive payment of proposed dividend for the year ended 31st March 2021 and for purpose of the said Annual General Meeting of the Company.
