BMW Industries has informed that the Board of Directors has on August 14, 2021 approved the convening of the 39th Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) of the Company on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 3:00 pm (IST) via Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means, in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India, in view of the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic. Further, pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, September 24, 2021 to Thursday, September 30, 2021 for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the AGM of the Company to be held on September 30, 2021.
