The 39th AGM of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 30, 2021 at 11.00 am through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means, pursuant to the relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI in this regard. The book closure for the purpose of AGM shall be from September 23, 2021 to September 30, 2021.
