GSS Infotech has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 14, 2012, has approved for issuance of preferential issue to Mr Azim F Tapia and Mr Javed Faizullah Tapia, Indian National of Up to to 1400000 each (fourteen lakh only) as per provisions of Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act 1956 and subject to approval of shareholders in the forthcoming general meeting through postal ballot and chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosures) requirement 2009).
