The company has entered into Share Purchases agreement to sell and transfer the entire equity stake in Damodar Aluminium, Singhbhum Steel & Power, Renaissance Hydro power, Kalinga infra Project – Subsidiaries companies, Meadow Housing, Harshva Warehousing and Storage -- Step down Subsidiaries and in Kecon Trade care -- Associate Company. Pursuant to the same, all the above companies would ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company.
