TVS Motor, Infosys and Tata Power to see some action today

TVS Motor Company has launched new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V (single-channel ABS) motorcycle with innovative segment-first features in Nepal. The motorcycle stands tall to its promise of delivering cutting edge technology, using years of racing experience and pedigree. The new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V motorcycle is engineered with three ride modes: Sport, Urban, and Rain. This intelligent system will enable riders to shift between ride modes on the fly, using the ride mode switch on the handlebar.

Infosys has formally launched its 'Equinox' suite of solutions to help enterprises transform their online and in-store functions and deliver personalised Omni channel commerce experiences for B2B and B2C buyers. Infosys Equinox is a suite of digital commerce and digital marketing capabilities that can help any company rapidly transform its online and in-store experiences for a digitally native world. Equinox's target industries include retail, CPG, telecom, automotive, manufacturing and media streaming.

Real estate developer Lodha Group has tied up with Tata Power Company to provide end-to-end EV charging solutions in all its residential and commercial projects across Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune. These chargers will be accessible to all Lodha residents and visitors who are EV owners. Installation and charging support will be provided for the electric vehicles along with 24x7 service, maintenance support, remote vehicle charging monitoring and e-payments through EZ Charge mobile application by Tata Power.

GTPL Hathway has entered into Share Transfer agreement for disposing its entire 74.50% stake i.e. 14,900 Equity Shares of GTPL Alunedabad, Subsidiary Company on September 8, 2021, for which the Company has received consideration of Rs 1,49,000. The company has also entered into Share Transfer agreement for disposing its entire 51% stake i.e. 5,100 Equity Shares of GTPL Sharda, Subsidiary Company on September 8, 2021, for which the Company has received consideration of Rs 51,000 and for disposing its entire 51% stake i.e. 5,100 Equity Shares of GTPL Video, Subsidiary Company on September 8, 2021, for which the Company has received consideration of Rs 51,000.

NTPC has decided to issue unsecured non-convertible bonds in the nature of debentures of Rs 3,000 crore on September 13, 2021, through private placement at a coupon of 6.69% p.a. with a door-to-door maturity of 10 years. The proceeds will be utilized for, inter alia, funding of capital expenditure, refinancing of existing loans and other general corporate purposes.

The company has entered into Share Purchases agreement to sell and transfer the entire equity stake in Damodar Aluminium, Singhbhum Steel & Power, Renaissance Hydro power, Kalinga infra Project – Subsidiaries companies, Meadow Housing, Harshva Warehousing and Storage -- Step down Subsidiaries and in Kecon Trade care -- Associate Company. Pursuant to the same, all the above companies would ceased to be subsidiaries of the Company.

Firstsource Solutions has launched Firstsource Healthcare Cloud-- a new, innovative platform which will support all U.S. healthcare products with expanded access, flexibility and security capabilities. The initial roll-out beginning today will include all U.S. revenue cycle management and patient financial services products, with the company’s payer-oriented solutions soon to follow.
