Cupid rises on bagging purchase order of Rs 16.57 crore from UNFPA

Cupid is currently trading at Rs. 234.00, up by 4.55 points or 1.98% from its previous closing of Rs. 229.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 234.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 239.90 and Rs. 233.95 respectively. So far 3110 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 272.00 on 19-Jul-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 190.30 on 10-Nov-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 245.00 and Rs. 225.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 314.64 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 45.06%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.29% and 54.64% respectively.

Cupid has received a purchase order Rs 16.57 crore from UNFPA. The order is for supply of male condoms worth Rs 11.01 crore approximately, supply of female condoms worth Rs 3.15 crore approximately and supply of water based lubricant worth Rs 2.41 crore approximately.

Cupid manufactures and markets varieties of male and female condoms, water based lubricant, latex dental dams and probe covers. Cupid has a diverse product basket available in many countries worldwide.
