In continuation to the intimation submitted on 31th August, 2021 in terms of Regulation 30 (Schedule III-PART A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, Southern Infosys has informed that Deepika Singh has assumed charge of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with the effect from 31.08.2021 in place of Indu Atri who resigned. Deepika Singh would also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company. The details required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 are given in the Annexure enclosed.
