In continuation to the intimation submitted on 31th August, 2021 in terms of Regulation 30 (Schedule III-PART A) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015, Southern Infosys has informed that Deepika Singh has assumed charge of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company with the effect from 31.08.2021 in place of Indu Atri who resigned. Deepika Singh would also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company.
