Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in continuation to its submission of voting results of the Postal Ballot Process concluded on April 28, 2021 wherein a Special Resolution was approved for Shifting of Registered Office of the Company, Anjani Portland Cement has informed that the Regional Director (Western Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs has, through its Order dated September 8, 2021, received by the Company on September 13, 2021, approved the Shifting the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Maharashtra under jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai, (ROC Mumbai) to the State of Telangana under the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad (ROC Hyderabad). The Company is in the process of filing necessary forms in this regard with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The company shall submit a copy of the new Certificate of Registration once received from the Registrar of Companies.
