Bilpower has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on November 14, 2012, has approved the appointment of Suresh Kumar Choudhary as the whole time director, resignation of Rajendra Kumar Choudhary as a whole time director of the company with effect from November 14, 2012, however he continues to be a non- executive director of the company.
Further, Lalit L. Agarwal has been appointed as a non-executive independent director of the company with effect from November 14, 2012. He is also appointed as a member of the audit committee, remuneration committee and shareholders grievance committee of the company.
