Mercator has informed that the Seventh Meeting of Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the company (Corporate Debtor) was successfully convened on Tuesday, 7th September, 2021, wherein all the resolutions were put up for e-voting by the Committee of Creditors (CoC) of the Corporate Debtor. The aforementioned e-voting was concluded at 8:00 pm IST on Thursday, 16 September, 2021, in accordance with Regulation 26 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations, 2016 (CIRP Regulations), wherein, all the resolutions pertaining to operational matters in respect of the CIRP of the Corporate Debtor, has been approved by requisite majority of the CoC of the Corporate Debtor.
