Physical Rubber prices remained unchanged on Friday, supported by improved demand from certain tyre makers, while prospects of sharp improvement in production and arrivals have pressurising rubber prices to some extent. Spot prices for RSS-4 and RSS-5 variety closed unchanged at Rs 174.50/ kg and Rs 172/ kg respectively.
