Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care has informed that the 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual means, in compliance with the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. Further, it has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer books shall remain closed from Thursday, November 11, 2021, to Wednesday, November 17, 2021 for the purposes of Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend for the year ended June 30, 2021, if approved by members at the 57th Annual General Meeting. The notice convening the 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be provided in due course of time.
