Reliance MF sells over 35 lakh shares of Take Solutions

Reliance Mutual Fund has sold over 35 lakh shares of Take Solutions in an open market transaction to the Shriram Group firm, Shriram Entrepreneurial Ventures. The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 30.75 valuing the deal at Rs 10.83 crore.

The asset management company has sold 18 lakh shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and 17.24 lakh shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). At the end of September quarter, Reliance Capital Trustee Company - Reliance Small Cap Fund held 35.24 lakh shares or 2.88% stake in Take Solutions.
