Infosys, Torrent Power and Surya Roshni to see some action today

Infosys has collaborated with ServiceNow, the leading digital workflow company that makes work, work better for people, to provide enterprise-level service management for customers in manufacturing industries. Through this collaboration, Infosys will leverage its industry cloud blueprints, part of Infosys Cobalt, and deploy ServiceNow Operations Technology Management (OTM), to support manufacturing industries as they digitize their factories, floors, and plant operations.

Torrent Power has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with CESC, Haldia Energy and other Nominal Shareholders (the Sellers) for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Surya Vidyut (the SPV), wholly owned subsidiary of CESC. Surya Vidyut operates 156 MW Wind power plants (the Projects), spread across the states of Gujarat, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for the Projects are with respective State Discerns for a period of 25 years, with weighted average PPA tariff of Rs. 4.68/ kWh.

Surya Roshni has obtained order amounted to Rs 41.22 crore (excluding GST) for implementing of smart LED Street Lights and installation of centralized monitoring system with operation and maintenance from Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIOA) through e-bidding.

Deep Energy Resources’ subsidiary -- Prabha Energy (PEPL) is selected as Coal Bed methane (CBM) Developer for Jharia CBM Block-I (Jharia Coalfield, BCCL Leasehold Area) through International Competitive bidding. PEPL is focusing on CBM Exploration & Production business and is also having 25% participating interest along with Joint Operatorship in North Karanpura CBM block which is currently under advanced development phase. It has expertise in upstream, midstream and downstream activities relating to exploration and production of Coal Bed Methane.

KEC International has secured new orders of Rs 1,157 crore across its various businesses. The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business has secured orders of Rs 663 crore for projects in the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. The Railways business has secured orders of Rs 220 crore for 2 x 25 kV Overhead Electrification (OHE) and associated works for speed upgradation in India. The Civil business has secured an order of Rs 173 crore for construction of a new airport terminal building and associated works in South India.

Publishme Global FZ LLC, one of step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, have signed definitive agreements on September 20,2021 with Arrakis Tanitim Organizasyon Pazarlama San.Tic. Ltd. Sti. (Publishme) and the founders and shareholders of Publishme and Nazara Technologies FZ LLC for the proposed acquisition of 100% stake of Publishme through secondary purchase from the founders and existing shareholders of Publishme and subscription of 30.82% stake by the founders of Publishme in Publishme Global FZ LLC.

Archit Organosys’ board has considered and approved expansion of existing production capacity by 6000 M.T. p.a. The existing capacity is 12000 Metric Tonne (MT) per annum and capacity utilization is at 60%. The proposed capacity expansion would be added in the next 6 to 9 months months. The investment of Rs 500 lakh for the expansion project will be financed through internal accruals.
