Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Amendments thereto and Company’s Code for prevention of Insider Trading, Ultracab (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the Company’s Securities will remain closed with effect from 01.10.2021. This closure is in connection with the finalization of financial statements for the quarter and half year ended on 30.09.2021. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of the said financial results to Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting shall be intimated separately.
