Share India Securities has received approval from Board of Directors to acquire 51% shareholding in Algowire Trading Technologies by acquisition of shareholding from existing shareholders of Algowire Trading Technologies at a consideration of Rs 2.142 crore and for investment of in the share capital of Utrade Solutions through subscription of fresh share capital of Utrade Solutions to the extent of 63.50% of the post issue share capital of Utrade Solutions at a consideration of Rs 13.684 crore. Post-acquisition, Algowire Trading Technologies and Utrade Solutions shall become subsidiaries of the company.
